A little bit about me:

Thank you for visiting my page.  I am a Pacific NW native who is passionate about all things mental health, nature, art, and hope related.

I entered the mental health field based on my own life-changing experience years ago, when as a client I went through therapy to address the impact of childhood traumas.  With the help of my counselors and support team, my life transformed from hopeless and stuck to empowered and whole.  I had no idea this kind of transformation was even possible.  Now, it is my turn to give back and walk alongside those who choose the difficult, yet worthwhile, path of recovery.  I won't have your answers since your story and personality are unique.  What I do have is familiarity with the path, faith in your ability to find your answers, and personal and professional experience guiding and journeying with individuals toward wholeness.

No matter your pain level, hope is still alive, because you are still alive.  Your heart...your life... are worth the hard work of healing.

I look forward to hearing from you.  Catherine
